In addition to the office in Rome at Via Properzio, 5 (near the Vatican), we now have offices in Milan, located near the botanical garden and the Pinacoteca di Brera. Here, in addition to our traditional activities in tax law, commercial law, and corporate crisis management, we will focus on assisting entrepreneurial families with the restructuring of corporate governance, protection, and generational transfer of family wealth.
