Eusebio Mirko Calcaro is a lawyer specialising in business restructuring and insolvency law, with significant experience in civil and commercial litigation. He has consistently advised companies in financial distress, including in highly complex matters, assisting all the main parties involved in insolvency proceedings — judicial bodies, debtors and creditors — through the management of the crisis and the negotiation of restructuring solutions.

He is a PhD candidate in Theory of Contracts, Services and Markets at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, with a research project focused on the role of contractual autonomy in the resolution of business crisis and on the duties of the parties in such context. He has been a Junior Academic Visitor at the Commercial Law Centre of the University of Oxford (2025) and a Visiting Researcher at Royal Holloway, University of London (2026), where he deepened his study of English commercial law, also from a comparative perspective.

Eusebio graduated in Law from Roma Tre University, with a dissertation in civil procedure on the jurisdiction of the specialised commercial court divisions.

Francesco Trivieri is a lawyer with broad experience in tax law, offering both advisory and litigation services. He has supported medium and large companies in complex tax disputes, providing strategic solutions for tax compliance and risk management. Francesco is particularly known for his defense in cases involving tax residence, abuse of law, and Controlled Foreign Companies (CFC), contributing to landmark cases in Italian tax law. He graduated top of his class from the University of Florence and has been recognized for his academic achievements. Francesco has also collaborated with the University of Siena and has authored several articles on tax law.

Matteo Mallegni is a lawyer with strong international experience in M&A and Energy law, having worked with major law firms in Budapest, Rome, and Dubai. He has handled significant corporate transactions and advises Italian and international clients on setting up businesses in the UAE, as a member of the Firm’s Dubai Desk. Matteo holds a Master’s degree in Business & Company Law from LUISS University in Rome and is a teaching assistant in Private Law at Niccolò Cusano University. He is the organizational secretary of the Restructuring Academy, in which role he organizes nationally significant scientific conferences on insolvency law.

He graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome in 2012 and earned a second-level Master’s degree in Labor and Social Security Law from “La Sapienza” University of Rome in 2015. In 2016, he qualified as a lawyer and is registered with the Rome Bar Association.
