Alessio Baldassarra

Alessio Baldassarra graduated with honors in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University, specializing in Corporate and Tax Law. He gained international experience at Kozminski University in Warsaw, where he completed a course in European Insurance Law. His thesis focused on the potentially evasive aspects of corporate demergers, particularly regarding spin-offs.

He began his professional experience at Cicala Riccioni & Partners during the last six months of his degree program. Over the course of his year with the firm, he has worked on both direct and indirect tax issues. Since April 2024, Alessio has been attending the Master’s program in Tax Law “Luigi Einaudi” at “La Sapienza” University in Rome, with a particular focus on sports tax law and environmental tax law.
